This is another inspired dish that I have always ordered at a restaurant in Okinawa, Japan, called Transit Cafe. The restaurant sits just along the sea wall over-looking the East China Sea. It has such a romantic feel. My husband and I have gone there for special occasions for dinner. Such a wonderful restaurant at a beautiful location.
Avocado salad isn't what you think. It isn't a bowl filled with lettuce topped with avocado. It is served like guacamole with sliced and toasted french bread. Interested? Give it a try!
This appetizer has been my family and friend's favorite. This avocado salad will definitely make you beg for more!
